Note:  All FAIMH Memberships are annual based on the calendar year.

If a membership is activated between January-September, that membership will expire December 31st of that year.

If a membership is activated between October-December, that membership will begin immediately and remain active throughout the next calendar year.

Membership payments are non-refundable, nor able to be prorated.

Child Care Program | Mental Health Group Practice Memberships

FAIMH offers low cost memberships for Licensed/License-exempt Child Care Facilities in Florida and Mental Health Group Practices (e.g. a sole proprietor or LLC mental health therapy practice)

These memberships include all staff, and all the benefits of the Agency Membership (details above).
